EnerG Fitness & Up North Garden Center teams up for Yoga & U-Pick Flowers!
Join us at Up North Garden Center for yoga and flower picking! Class will be held in the grassy lawn next to the flower gardens at 3960 Monroe Rd, Hart, MI 49420, just 3.5 miles South East of our Pentwater Studio.
Each class will be led by a different EnerG Fitness certified yoga instructor highlighting their unique teaching style.
All Levels are welcome. Bring your yoga mat (We will have a few extra on hand, please let us know if you need to borrow one), water, sunglasses, and sunblock. A blanket or sheet is nice to put underneath your mat for extra space and comfort. Dress is layers for extra shade/warmth.
Cost is $20 per person, and includes picking your own bouquet of fresh flowers! Please arrive a little early to check-in. If you plan to pay in person, cash is preferred.
