Thunder over the Dunes – Fireworks Are Canceled for July 4th 2020

Please note that with the closing of State Park day-use areas at 10:00 pm on July 4, there would not be an area that would provide a safe location for discharging the fireworks and enable visitors to view the fireworks in a safe environment following current large gathering restrictions.   

The 2020 Silver Lake Fireworks are canceled for July 4^th. We look forward to celebrating with you in 2021.
