Escape the everyday and explore Stony Creek Nature Preserve in Benona Township! Enjoy guided hikes and interpretive activities where you can learn about the local plants and wildlife of this beautiful 40-acre preserve, owned and managed by the Oceana Conservation District.
Since being donated in 2022, staff and volunteers have been busy improving trails, signage, and access while developing a forest management plan. Keep an eye out for upcoming events like birding trips, snowshoe hikes, owl prowls, and more!
