Lakeside Rehab is committed to providing the highest quality of care possible in the areas of physical, occupational, speech, and massage therapy services. Patients who have been discharged receive  Free 30-day unlimited access to our gyms, pool, and hot tub. We do accept most insurances.

Lakeside has 2 Fitness Centers one located at our main location at 601 E Main Street and our other at  39 State Street (Family Fitness), both located in Hart, Michigan.  Family Fitness and Lakeside Rehab are both open to the public and are children-friendly. We have student, senior, insurance, and state park discounts available.  We also participate in Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit, and Healthways.

Fitness Options available are:

Aquatic Fitness Classes, Swim Lessons, Open Swim Times, Open Gym

Land Fitness Classes all Instructor Lead: Spinning, Zumba, Tai Chi, Personal Training, Tumbling, Dance, Self Defense, Buns & Guns. We have many, many more classes and our facility is open 6 days a week.
