Friends of Silver Lake

We are a civic organization/association of property owners and other parties interested in the betterment of the Silver Lake community.

We receive, encourage, discuss, promote, and act upon ideas, suggestions, complaints, and reports that affect the Silver Lake community and its natural resources.  We want to keep the Silver Lake community and watershed more beautiful, enjoyable, secure, and valuable.
We are supporting the Silver Lake Improvement Board and its contract with the United States Geological Survey’s (USGS) diagnostic evaluation of Silver Lake.  The goal of this work is to determine factors that affect Silver Lake’s water quality and the necessary action required to protect and improve the water quality of Silver Lake.
