This alignment-based flow class will invigorate the body and focus the mind. A moderately paced class suitable for all levels offering alignment knowledge and modifications when needed. Come together to practice self-care and realign the body, mind and spirit in this beautiful location overlooking Pleasant Valley Farm and Vineyard in Hart. This class will leave you feeling centered and refreshed! Enjoy wine tasting and mingling after class!
