Join Birch and Blossom on December 21 at 5 PM for a heartfelt Winter Solstice gathering honoring loved ones through Finnish traditions and the warmth of luminary light. Throughout December, you’re invited to pick up a luminary to decorate either at home or in the shop using complimentary supplies, then return it by the solstice to be included in our beautiful community display. Participation is free, and each person who turns in a decorated luminary will receive a cardinal pin and memorial card while supplies last. On the longest night of the year, we’ll come together for an evening of light, music, caroling, snacks, hot cocoa, and simple prayers as we remember those we’ve lost and embrace the spirit of the season as a community.
