Welcome to the Chamber website! Please have a look around and let us know if you have any questions. Below we will list some of the major sections of the website.
On the homepage, we showcase some of the main features of the Silver Lake, Mears, and Hart areas. Our goal is to direct people to learn more about the area by showing visitors we “Have It” no matter what they are looking for. By clicking on the “Find My Adventure” button, visitors are directed to a landing page that splits the area into 4 unique sections: Thrill Seekers, Family Fun Enthusiasts, Nature Admirers, and Leisure Lovers.
On the homepage we also feature the top categories: Things To Do, Lodging, Food & Drink, and Shopping & Service.
The main sections, and their sub-pages, can easily be viewed by using the top navigation and the drop-down menus located on every page. For example, “Things To Do”, “Lodging”, “Food & Drink”, “Shopping & Services”, etc. Each section will display informational content or business listings.
A large part of this website update was to feature what the area has to offer to out-0f-towners and tourists, but we also wanted to have a major focus on businesses to locals as well. Each business listing will fit within one of the top level categories: Things To Do, Lodging, Food & Drink, and Shopping & Services.
Click on the “Festivals & Events” link in the navigation to view a calendar that will display all community events, Chamber events, and festivals. You can also view more information about a specific event by clicking on that particular listing.
Under the “My Chamber” section you will find your Chamber Dashboard. On the dashboard you are able to update your business listing, view that latest Member Only News, or submit a community event.
